Questions, answered
My parents do not speak English. Who takes care of them?
Their care manager is a native Korean speaker and stays reachable throughout the journey. You receive updates in English; your parents are cared for in Korean.
My parents have health or mobility concerns. Can they travel?
Most can, comfortably. Every stay is vetted with a senior care checklist — steps, showers, beds, hospital distance — and the pace is set by your parents, not the itinerary. Share the details in the consultation and we will plan around them.
Is this medical tourism?
No. HYO includes non-medical wellness only — herbal spa, esthetics, hot springs, tailored dining. If your family wishes, we can connect you with reputable clinics, but no medical service is part of the package.
What exactly is included in the price?
Seven nights for two: the stay, a care manager, private transport, wellness sessions, dining, and the ceremonies of your chosen tier. International flights are not included.
Can my siblings and I split the cost?
Yes — most families do. Use the split calculator on any tier to see each contribution, and we will arrange the details during the consultation.
How does booking work?
It begins with a conversation. We tailor the itinerary together, confirm with a deposit, and settle the balance before travel. No payment is taken online.
